I have been a military spouse for 29 years; and we have moved 13 times. I understand the demands on military families and will ease the stress of relocating to a new area and leaving one behind. I am very proud of my husband's military career; and I also have a heart for every man and woman who serves their country on behalf of us all.
I am a retired nurse, and serving people is one of my specialties. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional: integrity; in-depth community and market knowledge; marketing savvy; effective negotiation skills; and a high quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach. It also requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I have found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I have always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also help me extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors*(R)*, the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors*(R)*. I am an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Realtor. I have earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR), the Graduate Realtor Institute designation (GRI), and continue to work hard on educating myself to better serve you, the client. I speak English, Spanish and Italian.
